SACA COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.
We know from research that only 4% of coaches in professional English cricket are of British South Asian heritage. Therefore, as well as focusing on increasing representation amongst players, SACA has initiatives in place to help BSA coaches progress to the professional level as well.

QUALIFICATIONS
SACA provides support for local coaches in their applications towards ECB qualifications. We ensure all coaches have the means to achieve a minimum of an ECB level 3 coaching award & aspire towards achieving Level 4.​

CONNECTIONS
SACA provides opportunities for coaches to network within the professional cricket structure. We ​actively encourage and invite guest coaches to share their experiences with SACA coaches and vice versa through showcase & trial days.

EXPERIENCES
SACA provides coaches with the experience of working at the professional level/ with future professional players. We are in regular contact with a number of professional sides seeking coaching assistance and opportunities.
